Minimalism has become a buzzword lately. Be it in lifestyle, fashion, diet, and many more.
These days, people are more into a minimalistic lifestyle, wherein they remove or discard unnecessary belongings and also remove all sorts of distractions.Well, sounds good to hear , however, difficult to carry out.
Rather going too hard on ourselves, let's take it easy by making minor changes in our lifestyle, thus creating our own definition of minimalism!
Minimalism isn't just about living with as little as possible, rather it is about discovering what's more important.
Having said that, a small change is all we need and we are good to go.
So, take a moment and think of your daily activities.🤔
Are you concentrating enough while performing a particular task?
Are you taking sufficient breaks to relax your mind?
Before you begin your day, sort out the tasks to be performed and when everything is finished, get set with your day.
Apart from setting your goals for the day, remember these two tips:-
1. Concentration (while doing a task)
2. Taking frequent breaks when required
A break is officially needed after successfully achieving your assigned task for the day!!
and this could be done in various ways, maybe ,scrolling through social media ( well, better not stick to that for the whole day😶), or grab a cup of coffee, watch TV, play games, go for a walk, or anything.
Moving to: - diet.
I strictly believe that minimalism should "NOT" be applied to our diet🙂
Food being the love of everyone's life, it is hard to restrain ourselves from all the delicacies and sticking to salads. On a serious note, when we enjoy the food we eat, it lightens our mood, eventually keeping us happy. Therefore, eat whatever you like, however, make sure the intake is limited, to avoid the trouble.

Next stop - Fashion.
Minimalism can be truly defined under this category.
Our mantra is easy: "Keep it simple"
Being fashionable or going along with the trend is cool, but it is important to find out whether it gives you a sense of comfort. Compromising your comfort over the trend should be ruled out.
Moreover, simple yet elegant is feasible to eyes rather than just putting on all the extravagant pieces, regardless of the occasion, is not so appealing.
So, keep it simple, elegant, and comfortable.
On the whole, don't go hard on yourself to adapt to new changes, instead create your own definition or technique to achieve a particular goal or lifestyle!
Stay happy! Stay safe!💜
